Satyam is one of the leading and acquired fourth place in the list of top 10 IT companies in India. Yesterday Mr. Ramalinga Raju who is the CEO of Satyam IT company convicted himself as responsible for illegal activities which he involved . Suddenly share price of Stayam were brought down to 30 INR from 180INR and also B.S.E( Bombay stock exchange ) have decided to remove the company name from share list.

The problem was started to smoke from last month onwards. Due to over expectation of Ramalinga Raju CEO now Satyam company totaly drowned and spoiled his reputation. He have planned to acquire some other concern in order to get more profit and to with stand himself with the current financial crisis which is occuring all over the world. So all these things made him to prepare some fake reports and documents . Yesterday while investigation government came to know that he betrayed about 7,106INR crore over several year.

Finally he took responsibility for all the activities and he resigned his CEO posting. At the same time CBI called out the Auditors who are managing the Satyam accounts and asked them to provide all the details before jan 14th .This shame activity have created a bad name in Indian IT market.
